Garam Masala baked cod loin with cucumber and mint raita and onion and carrot pakoras

🔸Ribbed olive oil on Cod Back, salted and seasoned with Garam Masala - baked in the oven at 220C
🔸Raitan: Finely diced Västerås cucumber and stirred into cooking yogurt together with finely shredded mint and seasoned with salt and black pepper.
🔸Pakoras: Shredded onion and coarsely grated carrot. Mixed in chickpea flour and seasoned with turmeric, coriander, cumin and chili powder. Diluted with a little water at a time and stirred until it became a batter.
🔸Heated rapeseed oil to 180C and clicked the pakora into the oil, fried until it got a nice color and then turned the clicks
