Utilizing traditional Russian methods of caviar production, we have been able to produce a delicious and visually striking oscietra sturgeon caviar. Dark amber in color with some golden hues, and with a consistent nutty and buttery flavor and a crisp clean finish. The particularly clean surface of this oscietra can be attributed to the pristine craft well water where sturgeon thrive.
As with all caviar, it is recommended that an unopened chilled caviar be consumed within 4-6 weeks, and an opened one within three days.
