Utilizing traditional Russian methods of caviar production, we have been able to produce a delicious and visually striking oscietra sturgeon caviar. Dark amber in color with some golden hues, and with a consistent nutty and buttery flavor and a crisp clean finish. The particularly clean surface of this oscietra can be attributed to the pristine craft well water where sturgeon thrive.
As with all caviar, it is recommended that an unopened chilled caviar be consumed within 4-6 weeks, and an opened one within three days.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
All our home deliveries are made in collaboration with our delivery partner Gordon, who is the industry leader in chilled and frozen deliveries.
At the checkout, you can easily choose the day and time when you want your home delivery.
Then Gordon will contact you via SMS with more information about your delivery.
On the day of delivery, when the driver has loaded and started the route, you will receive a second SMS where you can follow your delivery in the estimated time during the day.
When the driver is nearby, you will receive a third text message, and you can now follow the delivery on a map.
When the driver is at your place, a fourth SMS goes out and the delivery status is updated to "Delivered, Delivered outside or Unable to deliver". If the status is "Delivered Outside", you will be able to see a delivery image via the tracking link.
If for some reason an order could not be delivered, the driver will take it back to the warehouse where it is kept frozen overnight. After that, a new delivery is planned on the closest possible day.

LEVERANSINFORMATION
Vi skickar samtliga våra leveranser inom EU med UPS Express. Dessa leveranser sker inom normalt sett 1-2 dagar efter att vi skickat ordern från vårt lager.
Samtliga leveranser skickas antingen måndag, tisdag eller onsdag för att säkerställa att leveransen sker innan helgdagar.
Alla leveranser är hemleveranser och skickas således till den adress du anger. Du får uppdateringar via UPS på email angående status om din leverans. Du kan även följa din leverans via spårningsnumret som mailas ut till dig.
Är du inte hemma när leveransen sker, lämnas dina varor utanför din dörr. Då övergår även ansvaret för varornas skick till dig.
Vi skickar samtliga varor i kyld förpackning som säkerställer varornas kvalitet.
Vi ansvarar för varornas skick tills dess att leveransen överlämnats till dig. Varorna anses överlämnade när de antingen har mottagits av dig eller lämnats hos dig av UPS.
Är du inte hemma när leveransen sker rekommenderar vi att du åker hem och tar emot de så snabbt som möjligt.
Notera att både Kalix Löjrom går bra att frysa om, ifall det skulle ha tinats. Caviar är kylvara.
