The caviar is delivered in 500g cans. It is perfectly fine to thaw and then refreeze. In that case, we recommend that you thaw the whole jar in the fridge overnight, and then pack in less durable freezer bags of about 70-80g. Don't forget to pull out all the air to create a vacuum before sealing your bag.
