The caviar has a fantastic aroma and the taste has a good saltiness with a light fish taste. The small caviar balls have a delicate texture that almost melts in your mouth.
Caviar of Kalix is considered the world's best caviar and is highly sought after. In order for the rum to maintain its unique characteristics, it may only be fished a few weeks a year in the area around Kalix in Sweden.
Caviar of Kalix is very good on toast, or in a combination with Philadelphia cheese, creme fraiche and chopped red onion.

The caviar is delivered in 500g cans. It is perfectly fine to thaw and then refreeze. In that case, we recommend that you thaw the whole jar in the fridge overnight, and then pack in less durable freezer bags of about 70-80g. Don't forget to pull out all the air to create a vacuum before sealing your bag.

All our home deliveries are made in collaboration with our delivery partner Gordon, who is the industry leader in chilled and frozen deliveries.
At the checkout, you can easily choose the day and time when you want your home delivery.
Then Gordon will contact you via SMS with more information about your delivery.
On the day of delivery, when the driver has loaded and started the route, you will receive a second SMS where you can follow your delivery in the estimated time during the day.
When the driver is nearby, you will receive a third text message, and you can now follow the delivery on a map.
When the driver is at your place, a fourth SMS goes out and the delivery status is updated to "Delivered, Delivered outside or Unable to deliver". If the status is "Delivered Outside", you will be able to see a delivery image via the tracking link.
If for some reason an order could not be delivered, the driver will take it back to the warehouse where it is kept frozen overnight. After that, a new delivery is planned on the closest possible day.

Är du inte hemma när leveransen sker, lämnas dina varor utanför din dörr. Då övergår även ansvaret för varornas skick till dig.

Vi ansvarar för varornas skick tills dess att leveransen överlämnats till dig. Varorna anses överlämnade när de antingen har mottagits av dig eller lämnats hos dig av UPS.
