Marita's cod and shrimp stew with a little splash of curry and finely shredded carrot and leekđđđ
2 generous portions:
đž300 grams of cod
đž20 prawns
đž3 carrots
đž1/2 leek
đž 2-3 tsk gul curry
đž1 fish stock cube
đž2,5 dl creme fraiche
đž4 dl water
đž 1 bunch of dill
Salt and pepper and freshly boiled potatoes

đčStrimla morötter och leek, frĂ€s pĂ„ i en gryta/traktörpanna tommannĂ€s med curryn
đčAdd water and the bouillon cube, bring to a boil and add the cod that is allowed to finish cooking and lift it out and place under foil.
đčAdd the creme fraiche and simmer for a while - season with salt and pepper.
đčPlace the fish in deep plates together with boiled potatoes and scoop generously with the carrot/leek root over the potatoes and fish - top with prawns and dill or parsley
