Marita's cod and shrimp stew with a little splash of curry and finely shredded carrot and leek👍😋🙌
2 generous portions:
🔸300 grams of cod
🔸 2-3 tsk gul curry
🔸1 fish stock cube
🔸2,5 dl creme fraiche
🔸4 dl water
🔸 1 bunch of dill
Salt and pepper and freshly boiled potatoes
This is how Marita does:
🔹Strimla morötter och leek, fräs på i en gryta/traktörpanna tommannäs med curryn
🔹Add water and the bouillon cube, bring to a boil and add the cod that is allowed to finish cooking and lift it out and place under foil.
🔹Add the creme fraiche and simmer for a while - season with salt and pepper.
🔹Place the fish in deep plates together with boiled potatoes and scoop generously with the carrot/leek root over the potatoes and fish - top with prawns and dill or parsley
