Oven-baked char with beetroot and caper mash with pickled mustard seeds. Delicious and easy to make - a mess that goes great with both fish and meat👍🙌.
This is how I did it:
🔹Salted and peppered the char and baked in the oven at 220C
🔹Grind finely chopped yellow onion generously with butter and oil.
🔹Added beets, capers and pickled mustard seeds from @skeppsholms.se and let it simmer on low heat.
🔹Just before serving, I added coarsely chopped chives
🔸Served together with boiled new potatoes and freshly harvested beans
