Oven-baked char with beetroot and caper mash with pickled mustard seeds. Delicious and easy to make - a mess that goes great with both fish and meatđđ.Â
This is how I did it:
đčSalted and peppered the char and baked in the oven at 220C
đčGrind finely chopped yellow onion generously with butter and oil.
đčAdded beets, capers and pickled mustard seeds from @skeppsholms.se and let it simmer on low heat.
đčJust before serving, I added coarsely chopped chives
đžServed together with boiled new potatoes and freshly harvested beans
